I am heartbroken by the scenes of Israel’s systematic sadistic terror rampages throughout Palestine – Gaza, the West Bank, Jerusalem – and Israel’s targeting Palestinians exiled in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt and in Europe and USA. Basically, anywhere that Palestinians live, Israel is targeting them. Some will survive. Many won’t. All remaining will be scarred for life.
Openly and in plain sight, Israel has long confessed (to anyone who would listen) its determination to wipe Palestine and the Palestinians off the face of the earth and take Palestinian land and wealth for itself.
Up until now, Israel didn’t quite have the arms and logistics quantities in place, but now that Biden and US Congress have flown in and shipped over all the ammo needed to execute Palestinian toddlers and babies point blank, Israel is getting on with the job that it planned and was getting ready to enact last year, in the autumn of 2023. Israel has finally lined up the logistics it wanted last year to annex all the West Bank including Jerusalem (and then move on to purging Gaza at a later date).
The reason that West Bank annexation operation was put on hold last year was 07 Oct. Occupied Palestinian militias in Gaza jumped the gun and “pre-emptively” attacked their occupier in an astonishinly well rehearsed and coordinated set of brutal and murderous skirmishes that Netanyahu knew about. Netanyahu, never one to miss an opportunity, immediately ordered the slaughter of everyone at the various scenes – Israelis, foreign nationals and Palestinians – anyone caught up in Israel’s immediate retaliation against Gazan militias’ kidnapping and military capability knocking out exercise. And Netanyahu took the further golden opportunity to run a full-on population extermination and eradication exercise in Gaza, much to his Cabinet’s satisfaction, which wasn’t initially on the books until after West Bank had been annexed and cleared because, originally, most West Bank Palestinians were going to be mass “deported” to Gaza, for easier, more concentrated annihilation further down the road.
Watching this horror play out, helpless to stop it, is excruciating for anyone of conscience or heart. It is unconscionable that Keir Starmer and his new Labour government has not only carried on with the previous Conservative administration’s policy of aiding, abetting, supplying and being actively engaged in Israel’s planned population extermination of the Palestinian people, but are demonstrably enhancing their involvement, currently touring Europe to drum up support for more arms and assistance for criminally-liable Israel. Starmer is supposed to be trying to fix and repair Brexit Britain by rebuilding trade relations with EU and cementing hugely needed infrastructure and domestic (not military) manufacturing investment in UK.
But no, Keir Starmer KC is busy shoring up Netanyahu’s position, spitting in the face of Karim Khan KC and all at the Office of the Prosecutor at The Hague. Starmer is working hard with EU and US counterparts, to see if International Criminal Court arrest warrants currently in the pipeline for Netanyahu and others, but soon intended for them too, for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and whatever else ICC identifies needs prosecuting, can be blocked, cancelled or just ignored. And at the same time, Starmer is busy telling the British public it has to fund his penchant for genocidal Israeli warfare with unsubtle tax gifts for military manufacturers and punishing tax rises for the UK’s making-do, poor and impoverished. Way to go, Starmer.
Biden, or to give him his correct moniker, Genocide Joe, in the meantime has delivered yet more tonnage of arms and logistical supplies to hasten Israel finally getting the full West Bank annexation gig off the ground after Israel’s distracting year of Gaza extermination, and start herding West Bank Palestinians into the desert and eventually to Jordan (now that Gaza is no entry), that is if any Palestinians survive the massed bombings, burnings, bulldozing, point-blank executions, torture, night-time displacements, dismembering, starvation, thirst, disease and everything else that Israel has already battle-field tested so effectively with its Gaza concentration camp turkey shoot.
What I don’t understand is why Starmer, Lammy, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Defence, Downing Street, Whitehall as a whole, and the Parliamentary Labour Party think we, the mundane, boring British public, can’t see this is what is happening. Do they think we cannot see that they are up to their necks in war criminality? Why? Why do they think we mere mortals are so stupid as not to be able to find factually reliable, good journalistic news reports or in-person testimony to understand truly what is going on, or that we must be as thick as them to be taken in by industrial quantities of relentless Israel Defence Force military propaganda, 99% of which is lies.
I would argue that Israel at present constitutes the gravest nuclear-armed rogue pariah terrorist state danger to global security and particularly to UK democratic structures and national security that’s out there, greater at the moment even than China, Russia, India, Saudi, UAE, North Korea, Pakistan or Iran or any of the other countries or international corporates that either have nuclear arms or are just out for better margins and tax dodges. And through AIPAC, its related orgs and elected white supremacists and christian zionist nutjobs on Capitol Hill, Israel has bought up US democracy, in return for Biden spending significant amounts of US democratic taxes on funding Israel’s criminality. But the margins are good: for every $1 AIPAC spends, Israel gets, what, $150 in military aid plus all the diplomatic cover?
I hold out no hope whatsoever that full-blown World War III will be averted any longer, which Putin kicked off with his invasion of Ukraine and which his pal, Netanyahu, is egging on with his grotesquely blowing up MENA. That is unless USA suddenly wakes up, realises it’s collectively being taken for a fool and rapidly moves to incarcerate Netanyahu, his government and his extensive military command, including kicking out Israel-centric command and control inside the White House, and USA effects rapid Israeli regime change to bring in a technocrat govt that will immediately retreat and evacuate all (illegal) settlements and outposts from all Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian and Egyptian areas Israel is occupying illegally, to within Israel’s 1967 designated borders, returning Israeli settlers to their parent countries.
I’m afraid that won’t happen, because Netanyahu is only intent on maintaining as much chaos as possible to retain his sickening, nuclear-armed grip on power, and so we as a country need to be getting ready for Israel’s much lusted-after World War III, where Israel can exact all the revenge is deems necessary for World War II/the existence of the Palestinians, and merrily test out its nuclear weapons to its heart’s content, refining its masochistic, repugnant, AI-targeted and highly efficient whole-family slaughtering techniques. It seems IDF is working AIPAC’s margins of one fictional beheaded Israeli baby to 150 actually beheaded and shredded Palestinian babies.
